We have been storing up a bunch of minor fixes and performance improvements to the 8-Bit Series of games over the last few months. In addition to this, we're running leaderboard tournaments and a few other fun events through the month of May in celebration of our 2nd Anniversary of the launch of the 8-Bit Series.

Custom Multiplayer and Skirmish games now have a checkbox to choose whether harvesters can crush, or not.

Quickmatch (leaderboard) games will default harvester crushing to OFF to preserve balance between all 6 factions.

We were talking at lunch the other day about how much fun it was to mow down enemy troops with our harvesters and decided (after a lot of favorable fan feedback) that we wanted to make this available again. You can purchase the game in digital or as a physical copy from Amazon or your favorite retailer starting September 21st!

The limited Edition version of the game will include even more such as a Soundtrack CD, Paper Manual, Skull Bandana, Flag, Lapel Pins, Patch, Stamps, Papercraft Tank and Dogtag. That means tons of single player campaign missions, Co-Op missions, AI skirmish battles, and more! Plus, the game will be 100% compatible with 8-Bit Hordes and Invaders when released. Reduced crashes seen at main menu when framerate is set abnormally high in software.

And, we have made the game more Linux-friendly to boot! With your help, we've retroactively applied those fixes to our 8-Bit Series which means a new update for you! As an added bonus, a new song has been added to each game which you can hear in-game and also separately if you own the soundtrack.
